All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a transaction has been completed.

In the event that a product is received damaged or in error, customers must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photographs. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers once an order has been marked as delivered.
